You will need to provide the standard documents as well as answer some scenario questions to see how you will respond in difficult situations. These questions are mostly multiple choice but there may be a few 'written' answers required. This just means put your answer in your own words.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. If you have a customer service background and have interviewed for other positions before it’s very similar. I will say that this process may have changed since I did my interview due to the current state of things.

The focus of the interview was really based on customer service and how you would handle certain situations.
It was on Google meets. The interview was 30 minutes. The interviewer was prompt, explained everything and made it comfortable. I was nervous but now I’m more nervous about the background. I hope they don’t do credit checks . I read somewhere that they do.
