Interview
I applied online and set an appointment immediately after I finished the application. Once I got there I filled out a small piece of paper with basic questions then took the sample calls assessment, after I had 2 interviews one with HR and another with a Coach.

Question 1
There was many, but nothing I couldnt answer. I wish I would have prepared a bit more, interviews last about 5-10min each. Unexpected question: what do you take pride on?

Interview
Online application and assessment. Then on-site assessment and interview with an HR representative and 1 trainer. General customer service questions, asking about good and bad experiences and how they were handled. Originally was told they were not currently looking to hire, though a few months later I received a phone call on Friday afternoon asking me to be in for the training class the next day. Training was about 4 weeks in classroom, and 2-3 weeks in "T-Pod" (training pod with trainer support) before going to the floor.

Interview
Long and arduous. Had to take multiple tests, multiple interviews and a very drawn out process. Do not expect to get hired quickly.
I am not sure why they have such a lengthy process because DISH churns people out extremely quickly and with no regard.
I have had friends come to DISH only to be fired for reasons beyond their control.
