Interview
Phone interview and they put me on a demo on my own computer. After a week they set up an interview at the location. The interviewer never looked at me and I try asking questions yet he did seen like he didn't want to be there nor help me try to understand the job duties. I would like to work for this company. However, maybe it was not for me. Ps: they ad states that the pay starts at $10.50 for bilingual and they try to lower the pay to $9.75.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DISH (New York, NY)
Interview
At first I had a 10 min phone interview. She asked me about my previous experiences, if I’ve scheduled anything for the next X weeks, she told me about the salary and the work hours and she asked me to complete an on-boarding portal online. I was supposed to help a customer in 10 minutes. Some days later they called me to schedule a face to face interview. At first a lady asked me to translate a scenario. Then the manager came in and showed me the environment. They were all very friendly. Then we set in the office and he interviewed me for around 45 mins. After that I went to the administrative assistant who asked me if I was ok with a background check. We proceeded with that and the next day they called to offer me the position.

Interview
Very simple. You will pass by different process' first you will do the simulation on a computer then a person from the same language will ask you to translate a text for her after that they will take you to take a look around and how things go. Right after that they will ask you a few questions about your previous job. As simple as that
