I took a questionnaire that claimed it would take 15 minutes to complete. 45 minutes later I’m pulling my hair out in frustration at how long and tedious the questionnaire actually is. It was quite possibly the worst skills/aptitude test I’ve ever taken. Please, Don’t ever subjugate people to this test. Companies wonder why nobody wants to work for them. There is not personality test in the world that can accurately describe my personality or my thought process. There is no skill test that can determine my level of professionalism. This isn’t it Dish.

While we believe that our questionnaires provide a uniquely valuable piece of the overall hiring picture, we are sincerely sorry that you had such a negative experience with that aspect of our process. Thank you for your review. We wish you all the best.
I had a short interview over the phone, followed by an in person interview. The questions were very basic: strengths, weaknesses, ect. It was held at the facility where the job would take place.

Question 1
Tell me about a difficult interaction with a customer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DISH (El Paso, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
Interview process was easy, first you meet with the HR representative and then you have a second interview with a supervisor. HR Rep asks you general questions, like why do you want this job? the supervisor ask you more specific for example, how would you deal with this scenario if your supervisor is not around?
