Interview
They seemed to be in just such a hurry to get the interview over with. The person conducting the interview also seemed to be in bad mood. Honestly the interview in it's self seemed like if they were training to be an interviewer.

Question 1
Are you flexible? Do you have all the equipment to work for them? If you watched the video?
You will need to provide the standard documents as well as answer some scenario questions to see how you will respond in difficult situations. These questions are mostly multiple choice but there may be a few 'written' answers required. This just means put your answer in your own words.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. If you have a customer service background and have interviewed for other positions before it’s very similar. I will say that this process may have changed since I did my interview due to the current state of things.
