DISH Customer Seevice Representative interview questions

DISH never gets back to you! I committed a fair amount of time to this process talking to a recruiter and the hiring manager as well as a very lengthy online assessment. I was told that I would hear back in 2 weeks, however it is a month later and nothing. I have called and emailed numerous times and they are just ghosting me. This is why looking for jobs is a negative process, be respectful of the time candidates have invested and at least communicate that they weren't chosen.
