DISH Customer Seevice Representative interview questions

It was long and drawn out hours of computer test that was a complete waste of time.I remember that the questions were very basic nothing worth remembering. They do not touch on the benefits AT all until you reach close to you three month mark. They tell you very little about what they offer. they sell dreams about fast growth. LIES!

After filling out an online application and passing a skills test, an email is sent out for you to schedule a time and day to go into the center to take the skills test in person. After passing the skills test at the center, an interview is schedule. The interview was one on one with an HR representative. The rep explained what the call center consisted of at DISH. The interview was about 20 minutes long.
