A lot of people show up, when it's your turn they call you back into a office. A lot of the questions were centered on how you handled difficult situations at former employers.

The application and interview process took several hours and was very tedious. It involved a lengthy online application before the interview, a presentation of a phone call followed by a simulation of a phone call, followed by a one on one interview with one of the floor managers.
