DISH Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

total confusion. originally applied and got an email for an interview for a completely different position. Set up the time for the interview all to have the recruiter stuck in a meeting and missed our interview then called back and hurried through it. Needless to say didnt get the position. Then i had another interview, this time with the original position applied for, I got through the first then on to the second. I had problems logging in to what she game me and i let her know. I was told they would check to see if the assessment went to the correct people. I never heard back after reaching out 1-2 times. Needless to say, i got another email stating they were moving on with other candidates... The reason that i took the time to write this is in hopes that someone will fix this problem. Some of the people applying are beyond thrilled to see the email that you have been selected blah blah blah just to find out that the people that are interviewing you are being careless with your time. To go through assessments and whatever else some people have to do is time consuming. Then to shrug it off because it doesn't effect them directly (which is how i felt both times i interviewed)really is a let down especially from a company as big as Dish is.
