DISH Customer Service Representative interview questions

After applying online, I got a call within a couple days to set up an appointment for an interview. The interview consisted of a tour of the call center, a discussion about the job responsibilities, and some basic interview questions. At the end of the interview, I was offered a position and was told I would get a phone call with my start date.

Did an over the phone interview with the recruiting manager from Colorado. Then did an over the phone interview with the Regional Sales Manager. Then performed an online evaluation, after I passed thatI did an in person interview.
