Interview
The interview process was a quite simple one they just ask if you have experience dealing with customers or electronics and ask if you feel comfortable working in extreme conditions ranging for cold to hot and working in the rain with electricity. Now sales are involved so you have to be a great sales person and technician to make it in the company. Not for the quiet type.

Interview
Drove into town, being as I was out of town. The office was fairly easy to get to, but there was unexpected traffic on the way so I was only able to get their 5 minutes prior to the interview. Sat down with a couple of the management staff, one was previously a technician, so had more insight into the position. Fairly laid back interview, not a lot of pressure.
