DISH Financial Analyst interview questions

Met with recruiter went over basic interview questions and a timeline of next steps. Said to except 48hr turnaround. Recruiter ended up completely ghosting. I sent follow up emails and never received a response. However, it was for the best. After researching and searching online both on Glassdoor, Fishbowl and Reddit I could barely find any good reviews on the company. They don’t allow their employees to work remote at all. They are required to be in the office 9am-4pm.

Phone interview: Companies often use phone interviews as an initial way to narrow the number of applicants and identify candidates who they would like to invite for an in-person interview. Though this is the case for most jobs, interviewers hiring for remote positions often have to solely rely on video or phone interviewing to recruit ideal candidates.
