DISH Inside Sales Representative interview questions

I went for initial interview with a sales manager. I was shown checks on the wall to show me how much money could be made but I was not told that the checks were for two weeks of work and not one week as I was lead to believe. After the interview I was given an aptitude test. I had to take a drug test and then go through 4 weeks of training.

Asked situational questions about leadership, customer service, and if I had any sales background. Seemed nice and interested. Explained the job in detail and benefits the company offered.
