DISH Installation Tech I interview questions

A very easy process mostly consisting of "Where do you see your self in 5 years?" The general feel of the process was, they will employ anyone who wants to work.

I applied online. When applying, an applicant had to take a series of tests that took almost an hour and a half. After passing the tests, i was able to submit an application. I was contacted by telephone a few days later and did a preliminary phone interview. An in-person interview was then scheduled with a manager at the local office.
