Applied on the website, someone called later and did a phone interview. Was told to go to a website and complete online test. Got a call back for an in person interview had to bring copy of driving record and references. Went to take drug test. Went to work.

their policy is to hire anybody who can sign their name because of the high turnover rate. They ask the standard interview questions and only rule you out if you have enough experience to be worth more money. They like their employees to have no idea what they're really worth
