DISH Instructional Designer interview questions

I had a screening call with the recruiter. Two days later, I had a 45 minute zoom conference with 3 managers. They asked questions directly related to the job and job description. Then one week later, I had an hour long in person interview with 2 additional managers. These questions were a lot more behavioral (Tell me about a time when...) A background check and drug test are administered. I received the job offer less than a week later.
