Very lengthy, but the process got me excited. I started with discussing with a recruiter over the phone, not a on-campus meet up like most. You'll go through a info session. An old employee recommended I apply here. Then I had a formal interview, then an online questionnaire that was basically like taking the SAT's. NOT EASY!! According to my friend who worked here previously, that's why most people don't get hired. You take a math portion, an english portion, and then a online data portion- like what is Youtube Analytics, what is this symbol, etc. The second part isn't as hard but isn't weighted as heavily. After I passing that, I had to do a video cover letter, which for me was easy. They give you topics to respond to so you just film it yourself and send it over. Then finally, I was asked to do a Skype interview with the employee I would probably work under for the summer. Overall, it was a lot that was expected of me for an internship interview, but it seems worth it.
