Interview
Had two interviews and the process was simple. They spent a lot of time explaining what you would be doing in the role and advancement opportunities. Asked normal questions that were not too hard.
It is a long process with four rounds and assessments. They communicate well, but it is a very long process for one job. It is an initial phone screen, meet with a hiring manager, a panel interview, and 3 assessments.

Interview
Overall, good process. Meet 1:1 with the hiring manager and got a lay of the land regarding the workplace environment, culture, and team dynamic. We discussed the expectations for the role, leadership structure, and overall team environment.
My interview process has consisted of a phone interview and a virtual interview which were both straightforward and conducted in a timely manner. The expectations set by the interviewers were fulfilled and I feel confident moving forward.
