I intially applied online and received a call about 3 weeks later. This consisted of a prescreening type interview with question such as why I applied and what my vision would be. I was then sent an online test and told to set aside one hour to take it at home. This test took approximately three hours to complete and consisted of reading comprehension, math and logic. I then received a phone interview with the hiring manager. She asked a series of situation based questions and this lasted about 1 hour. I then received an email that I needed to go to their office to get paperwork for a drug test and background check. When I got there, I was also asked to take the Wonderlic test. After this, I did not hear anything for about three weeks so I got back in touch the recruiter and was told that I would be receiving a call with an offer that week. A few days later, I received an email that I was to fly to Denver for a face to face interview at their corporate office with the Training Director. I flew out and back the same day after a 1 hour meeting with the Director. I did not hear anything for another three weeks and so I emailed the recruiter again and was told I was their "priority" candidate and that they were checking on budget and compensation. Never heard another word. No rejection letter...nothing. A ridiculous and time consuming experience and showed very little respect for my time. I would not accept a job with this company.
