Interview
Initial interview was with HR Manager. Her goal was to confirm that my education and work experience met the basic requirements for the role. Basic behavioral questions were asked - Why Danaher etc.
My second interview was with the VP of Marketing. He was specifically intereested in New Product Development. Wall Street appears to ding Danaher for not driving more organic growth. The company is great at M&A and cutting out the fat. Now Wall Street wants to see Product Development.
So if you are looking at Danaher make sure you have significant New Product Development expereince to speak to.

Interviewer was unprepared unable to answer even the most basic questions about the role. Terrible representative of the company and the brand. Left me feeling the place was an unorganized mess :/

I saw an exactly similar interview experience for this position at Danaher on this platform, and I went through the same. I had 1 screening and 3 technical interview rounds all within a month . Then no reply from HR. After following up they said they will let me know in another week as they had other candidates lined up . Seems they are not interested in hiring for no reason they are rejecting candidates . After 10 days when I followed up they mentioned that they are moving ahead with some other candidate. if in future there are open positions they will let me know . Not sure after hearing all positive feedbacks in interview why they flipped. If the interview was not good they should have stayed neutral .

Very detail but structured interviewing. went to shopfloor for viewing and to give comments on opportunities for improvement after visit. interview done on site and via online.Specific questions are ask on previous track records, and how one overcome difficulties. give specific examples on implementation and cross matrix management
