Danaher interview questions

Interview of three rounds. First round is a communication with the recruiter. Second round is Leadership skills and questioning. Third interview is with upper management leader, cultural fit and introduction on products.

Reached out quick after I applied (2-3 days) recruiter screening was pretty informal and she did most of the talking. Ghosted after that even after a follow up email. Got a decline email at 4 am in a Saturday after not hearing a word.
