Danish Refugee Council interview questions

Very theoretical and conceptual questions on gender theories. It was like an exam for specialization course. Long interview, it took about one and half hour. Also, there were question like how can you solve a problem occured among your collegues etc

They emailed me two weeks after the application. I had to take a test followed by an interview with four of their staff. Overall, it was a rather friendly and straightforward process.
