The process consisted in three interviews:
1) Telephonic interview: First contact.
2) Team interview: Team activities to see if you are able to work well with people and see how you work against the clock.
3) Final interview
Straightforward, mostly focused on business case, with a 30 minute behavioral interview as well. Not very technical - more emphasis on business value comprehension. Previously there were separate interviews for Tech and Strategy, but I believe they may be the same track now.
