Deloitte Campus Recruiter interview questions

I applied to Deloitte twice and got invited to interview both times. I did the HireVue type interview as the first step both times. The first time I got an email inviting me to the next step and asking for my availability, I sent it over and waited for a confirmation. I followed up multiple times but never heard back. A year later I decided to try again as I was on the market again. Did the same HireVue video and never heard back about moving forward or not. As a recruiter myself, I would never want to work for a company that is this unprofessional when conversing with candidates.
