Deloitte's recruiting procedure consists of three steps:
Screening of resumes and cover letters
Interviews in the first round
Interviews in the second round
Each interview round will have a somewhat different format depending on the country. Below, we'll walk you through the format now in use in the United States. If you are applying from a different nation, you can still use this as a general reference to what to expect. Typically, the first round of interviews consists of one behavioral interview (30–45 minutes) and one or two case interviews (30 to 45mins each). This is consistent with what you may expect from other consulting organizations.
However, second round interviews are slightly different. As with the first round, they consist of one case interview and one behavioral interview. However, you will also be required to participate in a group case interview.
