Deloitte Gerente interview questions

The interview process had multiple stages, including an interview using the HireVue video platform. Interviews included meeting with a recruiter, peers from the team I interviewed with, and leaders on that team. The interview process was very straightforward.

Interview entailed a case study, psychometric test and in-person 1:1 interview. In the 1:1 I liked that the partner went through the case study - they said "it was one of the best they had seen" as well as psychometric results "you scored above average" which prompted a discussion on whether I would be suited for senior manager rather than manager role. - After this 2 weeks later they said there is a hiring freeze and they never got back after over a year and I know they have hired others.
