Il processo di selezione è strutturato e professionale. Dopo aver inviato la candidatura online, mi hanno contattato per un primo colloquio con HR, focalizzato su motivazione e background. Successivamente, ho affrontato un colloquio tecnico con un manager, con domande su competenze specifiche e un business case da risolvere. L'ultima fase è stata un colloquio con un senior manager, più orientato al fit culturale. L’ambiente è stato cordiale, ma le domande erano sfidanti.
