Interview
Eerst was er een jobdag waarin alle takken binnen IT verkend konden worden. Hierop werd eerst een voorselling gedaan door senior partner en pas gestarte consultants, dan een groepscase met eigen presentatie en hierna nog groepsgesprekken in twee takken naar keuze. Na deze dag kreeg je een gesprek via telefoon (Nederlands en Frans). Indien er besloten werd dat je bij Deloitte hoorde, kreeg je dan een gesprek met een senior partner en eventueel een job offer.
It's pretty much an easy interview. Mostly based on the resume. The questions are mostly HR-like: How does your project help the people in a company? Some basic OOPS, OS concepts

Interview
It was not too easy but a bit difficult though for an fresher. It was way more critical but anyhow i managed to answer. Skillset question was not so difficult but the knowledge all over is must.

Too much corporate, lack personalized questions and vision. Also too much steps to complete the interview process. Conclusion a big corporate operation lacking innovation. My suggestion is to keep away from big companies like these if you can
