Interviewed for a graduate position in 2016. Met on-site with two senior staff. Interview was primarily based around discussing my CV, past experience and interests etc. Opportunity was provided to discuss Deolitte includning areas such as team struvture, tech stack, projects, training, work-life balance etc.

Interview process was quite fast and interesting.
1. Pre-screening done by AI Assistant
2. Total 3 Interview rounds conducted. Among this 2 were technical, where they have tested in depth fundamental and the architecture,
senario based questions and 3rd round was partner round, this round was very short and quick as compared to other.
3. HR asked to submit the documents and then discussion was happened and Finally Offer
I did 1 round of interview with the recruiter and then a 1 round of interview with the team, they asked random questions about java, and it was just to see my knowledge

Interview
Overall it was good. Simple and Straightforward. Was expecting an offer but got rejected. Communication with the HRs for interview scheduling or process can be better. Interviewers were good. Thanks
