Online interview is recorded responses to video and following that, there is in-person interview with general questions on your relevant experience and fit for the culture of the firm.

- What appeals the most about the position you applied for?
First with the team lead and then with the Partner. The phone screening is with teh HR rep. The whole process takes about 1 month from teh start to the finish

Interview
The interview process was well-structured and took around 2 weeks. It consisted of three rounds: an initial HR screening, followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with senior management.
The questions were a mix of technical and behavioral, focusing on past experience, problem-solving, and handling real-life work scenarios.
Overall difficulty was moderate. Candidates are advised to prepare practical examples and have a good understanding of the role.
The interview happened in 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 techno manegerial. Technical round had back to back Technical questions with second round more focused on scenario based questions. Managerial was just 20 minutes
