Thorough but friendly process with 3 rounds. Started with telephone interview with HR. Then assessment centre with members of the team, which included group exercise and individual interviews. Final round interview with partner.
The interview process was well organized, and the interviewers were professional and approachable throughout. The overall experience was smooth, with clear communication at each stage. The complete process took around 1–2 weeks and consisted of multiple rounds, including technical and HR discussions, depending on the role and business unit.
