I was directly offered a contract based on two interviews with a partner. As such, I skupped the HR and manager interview (Business Case) because most of the graduates of that year had already started working. The interview process was thus handled in an efficient way as the interview itself and the contract were presented in the same week.

As the interviews were taken by two partners, they were more a matter of getting to know you and the other way around. The questions were open with the possibility to ask questions yourself and assuring both parties are searching for the same thing

El proceso consiste en cuatro fases (dinámica grupal, entrevista con recursos humanos, entrevista con manager, entrevista con socio). La más exigente es la tercera fase, donde te ponen un caso práctico. Las demás son para comprobar el fit cultural y ver tu perfil. El proceso duró unos 3 meses.

Hubo un caso práctico muy sencillo con un balance y P&G simples donde había que identificar incongruencias y realizar asientos de ajuste.
insgesamt 2x Vorstellungsgespräche, danach fällt die Entscheidung der Eignung.
Bei dem ersten Gespräch wurden fachliche Fragen sowie Verhaltensweisen bei bestimmten Situationen erfragt. Das zweite Gespräch war mehr in die Richtung warum das UN, warum die Position, was erwartest du von uns, warum Luxemburg... Also grundsätzlich schauen, ob du in das UN gut hineinpasst
