In the first stage, HR asked me very basic interview questions without asking me for any technical skills. I gave a presentation and she didn't ask me any questions, Pure process. She gave to choose one design challenge from the final four approaches. I delivered on the deadline. After 10 days I ask from HR to give me feedback and she told me they reject me because they have a limited number of positions.

So the interview process was really good the recruiters made me feel comfortable and express my best self and give my best shot in the interview.. It was more like a casual conversation to know you better and test your skill sets

I got R1, the interviewer was polite, it was smooth going, went over the time, I just don't understand why I was not selected. Did not get any reply, I had to use my referral to get info. In general not a bad experience

1. Explain your design process in this particular project?
It was ok. At first I got a call with some basic questions and later on booked an appointment. Friendly approach from the HR, the interview lasted for an hour. The follow up process was also long. Overall a neutral experience.
