Describe the current and prospective trends relevant to the service line. How would you commercialize those? How would you implement the solutions?
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.
Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
