Good, constructive and easiest in the job market. Encouraging and motivating interns with several key activities. Guided program for about a certain weeks. Encouraged to join this program to get a hands on experience on real life projects.
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
