Straightforward college campus recruiting process. I went to a meet the firm's event and then applied shortly thereafter. Two 30-minute interviews back-to-back with employees at the local office I was recruiting for.

Question 1
Describe time when you dealt with a challenging situation and how did you resolve it?
pretty standard interview process (1) initial screening (2) team interviews (3) final stage with (partner or senior leader) and mainly focused on behavior questions and nothing too complicated. As long as well prepared, it won't be too crazy.
Campus Placement - 2 rounds
The 1st interview round had behavioural questions and the second interview round had Technical questions. The Interviewers were nice, friendly and quite supportive during the interview process.
