Deloitte Manager interview questions

Very unorganized and misleading process. Was told there would be 3 interviews and if I make it to the 3rd it is just a “confirmation”. Recruiter told me no consulting experience is required. 1st interviewer made an inappropriate comment about my dress shirt (recruiter told me to dress up). 2nd interviewer did not show up. Was rescheduled with someone else. 3rd interview was scheduled, meeting invite had someone else name than who recruiter told me I would meet with. After all this the recruiter sent me an email stating they are looking for people with consulting experience. Complete waste of my time!

I applied through a recruiter at Sep 22, Deloittee. The process took around 3 months with HR Manager interview and 3 technical interviews with senior managers 30 mins each, then lastly an online assessment. The process was great with very nice interviewers, however it tooks too much time.
