1. After getting it referred on an open profile it took them two months to organize the interview. 2. After two rounds of interview, they made me verbal offer, and then after few days they put the position on hold and later cancelled the position, i dont expect such poor process from world-class leading company

There were 4 stages to come in as a Manager. An HR interview, and a day with one interview, followed by an assessment exercise and presentation (individual exercise). Last on this day was a Partner interview of the group you are being hired (the last interview might happen on a different day too).
