Deloitte Summer Associate interview questions

a first interview is a typical management consulting interview. 2 interviews, back to back, 45 minutes of duration each. One was a 20 min fit interview followed by 20 min case. The other one was a case with around 30 minutes preparation followed by a 45 minutes interview about the case. The second round interview consisted of a group interview with 8 people, taking around 4 hours. One general case was to be read, and one individual sub case was to be read and prepared. Everyone had to present during 15 mins the outcome of his sub-case, followed by q&a by the rest of the group.

2 rounds back to back in office. First round had 1 case and 1 fit interview. Second round was a group case interview with 2 senior consultants/manager level people. Cases were mostly data-driven as candidates were given tables and charts and some inputs and asked to calculate different things, then draw insights and think of ideas to improve revenue or cost.
