Interview
I applied online in late September 2025. I passed an online assessment on Capfinity, with questions testing my reaction speed, reasoning capacities, and job-related skills. Two weeks later, I was invited to an online assessment with a LeetCode-style question and a SQL question. I completed an assessment day in Late November, with three 1-hour long interviews. One of them is behavioral, one of them is technical, and one involving coding (in any language). I got the offer two weeks later.

Interview
The online assessment was very hard and tested different aspects of reasoning, like behavioral, cognitive, numerical, and coding proficiency, which didn't have coding but I guess tested your algorithmic approach to problems. They immediately sent me my rejection email as soon as it ended. No time limit, no restrictions.
