I was invited to come to their New York office for an interview. I was interviewed by two developers. Like 30 minutes after finishing the interview I was invited to return the same day for the final interview. The final interview consisted of two rounds.

Was invited to first round interviews in Birmingham where they gave standard competency based questions and some basic maths. Other candidates came from Warrick, LSE and Bristol so prestige of your university seems important.
In essence, know your CV, have an opinion on everything in the markets, and you should be fine.
