Series of assessments, a solo video recording, then live interview on Teams with a department leader. Initially I was impressed with the seamlessness of the entire process — until they randomly reposted the job listing a week later and never bothered sending me a rejection email (it's been 10 months now). Very unprofessional.

Interview
There was an online assessment which contained cognitive tests as well as situational judgement. If you pass that you get invited to a 30-minute behavioural telephone interview with an employee.
