Recruiters will focus on mobiles and gossips, but will not tell you what happened to test results. They will call 500 people around for interviews and interviewer will be 2 or 3. so once everybody asking what happened to test they will call some ones name in maybe 20 minutes once and will ask them to go , even they will take interview around 1-2 hrs and will still ask you to go, worst recruitment process
