First asked about resume and then a technical question. Basically why I choose DiDi and which team my background will best fit in. After that, I ask a question the criterion of their hiring process. They want to hire as many qualified people as possible.

Interview
I submitted my application online, and after about 1 week, I was contacted by a recruiter for an online interview. There were 3 rounds of interview, which lasted about one month. Fortunately I pasted all interviews. The recruiter asked me to submit the salary proof of my previous job, and accidentally the recruiter told me there was no headcount any more! Are u kidding me ?! This bad experience wasted nearly two months of my time. 👎👎👎
First, HR will call you, followed by a technical interview in 2 days, morning interview, afternoon notification of passing. and then another interview round in 4-5 days. Afternoon notification of passing.
