I applied to the program online following their team's visit to campus. I didn't hear anything until over a month later when I was asked to complete a recorded video interview online. Then, I didn't hear again until a month later when they asked if I was still interested. I said yes and went on to interview with a couple people (both great/nice) via video call. Both asked about motivations, etc, but also had a case. You were given the case before to help prepare your thoughts, although one interviewer decided to change from the prompted case. Final interview was with an HR Business Partner who was late to a short 30 minute interview and seemed unengaged. Throughout the process , I was handed off between multiple recruiters and communication was unclear. I didn't even get a final decision after the final round until over a month later.
