Approached by two seperate HR associate on the same day (first red flag) asking if I am interested in speaking with them about the position. Agreed and sent my resume. One of them ghosted me immediately (second red flag). Set up a call with the other HR associate. On that day, did not get a call. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, followed up with a message and they didn’t respond. Huge red flag if that’s how they treat potential employees.
