I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Discover (New Castle, DE) in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied for the credit analyst position in September 2016, after submitting I received a email saying I'll be receiving a call for an phone interview. They briefly spoke about my resume as well as what the position was, then I have a face to face at the New Castle DE location. Where they ask more depth questions and have assessment on the spot. Which is where I recommend thoroughly reading about there services (I didn't).
They didn't even start the position until November 2016 which isn't desirable for someone who needs the income now.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Discover
Interview
I spoke to Discover at the career fair at my university. Later that week, I received an email asking me to apply online to their program, so I did. A couple days after, I received an email saying that I had a phone interview. I picked the time slot that worked for me (which was a week later from receiving the email). Then I had the phone interview and I heard back a week later.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Discover (Riverwoods, IL) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter at HQ. She asked me a variety of basic questions around my background and how it pertained to the role I applied for, why I was looking, what I was looking for, etc. In that same conversation she moved me forward to a phone interview with the hiring manager. I spoke with the hiring manager the following week on a 30 minute call which was similar to my conversation with the recruiter in regards to the types of questions about my background but I was provided more detail about the role and what it would look like, what would be required, etc.
They moved me to an in-person interview 2 weeks following the phone interview where I sat down with 4 different people on the team for 45-60 minutes back to back. Each conversation was different and questions from each interviewer were different. Being that it was 4 hours long with no breaks it was definitely intense, but intense in a good way. I had a positive experience overall.
