Interview
The interview process was really easy & quick.
Got a call 2 days after applying, they definitely don't keep you waiting & wondering if their considering you. The recruiters are very helpful & definitely prepare you for meeting with the manager of the department.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Discover (New Castle, DE) in Jan 2016
Interview
The recruiter for this role contacted me via email asking to speak with me via phone. Myself and the recruiter spoke for about 20-25 minutes in regards why I was interested in the role and I also went over my resume. The recruiter then asked me 3 behavioral questions that basically were "knock out questions."
I moved to the 2 round of interviews. Which consisted of one in-person interview with the Hiring Manager. And 3 phone interviews with the managers on the team that are located in different states. I also took a tour of the facility, which was nice because I got to see the culture at the site.
Each interviewer allowed me to explain my background and ask questions, and they all asked me structured behavioral questions.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Discover (Riverwoods, IL) in Jul 2016
Interview
The HR screening interview was over the phone. Questions mostly vetted points on the resume for accuracy. This was followed with an interview with the hiring manager. This manager was curt and only asked a couple of questions before concluding the phone interview. The principal question posed was not one in which a person's qualifications could be gauged. Rather, it was a question about learning models followed by previous employers. Overall, the interviewing process was an unpleasant exercise with Discover.
