Simple, they ask basic scenarios about work instances you have had before, and as long as you do not have any glaring issues you are going to get hired It is a very simple interview.

30 phone interview, then in person interview with past experience questions relating to job role and how you might fit in with the team and company. One white board question.

Interview
After a phone call with recruiter, had a technical interview with an architect. Another round with managers separately in an afternoon.
Technical questions were about knowledge, no algorithms or data structure. Manager questions centered on behavior questions which were uncoordinated - a couple questions were repeated by different interviewers. Lost interest at the end.
