Discover Senior Manager interview questions

Fast, first an HR email asking for time to have a call with hiring manager, the hiring manager call for about 30 min was easy, did not really ask though questions, and then received a call that was scheduled for an interview onsite scheduled to meet with 3 directors, 2 days ahead of the interview, the HR called saying they changed the format to a panel with 2 people. During interview onsite, the room had a broken wall and could hear people laughing and talking loud outside, preventing the panel to hear my answers, the hiring manager did not show interest to my answers when i was talking since the start and cut the interview 40 min short, i had a feeling they have already a candidate in mind, if that was the case, I would have appreciate it if they cancelled the onsite.
